This explains what Meridian Clinical Cleaning collects when you use this site, request a walkthrough or send a message, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email and the name and address of the practice.
• The size and type of practice and the notes you write.
• Basic technical data, such as your browser and the pages you visit.

Do not put patient information in a form or a message. We have no use for it and we will delete it.

How we use it

• To reply, schedule a walkthrough and send a written proposal.
• To run the account if you hire us: schedules, logs and invoices.
• To keep our records and answer questions about a visit.

Who sees it

Our office team and the crew lead on your account see your details. We use service providers for email, scheduling and invoicing, and they handle your data only for us. We do not sell personal information. We share it if the law requires.

Keys and alarm codes

Access details you give us are kept apart from this site, are visible only to the people on your account and are deleted when the contract ends.
