How pricing works
We do not show prices on this site. A practice with six exam rooms and carpet is a different job from one with two operatories and tile, so the number comes from a walkthrough.
What decides the price
Five things move it, and the walkthrough settles each one.
Square footage and the number of exam rooms or operatories
Floor types: tile, vinyl, carpet, hardwood
Visits a week, and the hours your practice closes
Restrooms, labs, kitchens and other rooms that take longer
Access: alarms, key control and parking at night
What the proposal includes, and what it doesn't
It lists each room type, the visits a week, the crew size and the product classes.
Included: nightly cleaning and disinfection to the protocol, supplies we bring, a signed night log
Not included: paper, soap and gloves unless you ask us to stock them, periodic floor work, and anything in the 'what we don't do' list
What happens at the walkthrough
Asif Biswas or Kelechi Nwankwo walks the space with your office manager.
We measure, count rooms and note floor types and equipment we should not move
We ask what your infection-control plan says about each room
We don't charge for the walkthrough, and nothing is due if you decide not to hire us
When you get the number
In writing, within three business days of the walkthrough, with a sample room card attached.
The proposal gives a monthly figure for the schedule we agreed, not a range
The same figure applies until the space or the schedule changes
If the space or schedule changes
A new room, an added night or a floor job is priced the same way, and you agree to it in writing before it starts.
An added room gets its own line on the next invoice
Nothing is added to a night after the fact
A walk-through, not a figure
Eight exam rooms, tile floors, three nights a week
The five things we would ask about a practice like that.
- 01
Step 1: How many rooms, and which kinds?
Eight exam rooms, two restrooms, a lab, a waiting room and a break room. Each room type has its own card.
- 02
Step 2: What are the floors?
Tile in the exam rooms and a carpeted waiting room. The carpet adds a quarterly extraction line.
- 03
Step 3: When does the last patient leave?
A 6 p.m. close means a crew at 6:30. A 9 p.m. close shortens the window and changes the crew size.
- 04
Step 4: What is on the supply list?
Soap, paper and gloves restocked by us or by you. Each line shows on the proposal.
- 05
Step 5: What stays off the card?
Locked rooms, equipment and the autoclave. They make the visit shorter, and we note them.
Questions
About the proposal
Is there a minimum?
The proposal gives a monthly figure for a set number of visits a week. Very small practices can ask about a lower visit count at the walkthrough.
Can we change the schedule later?
Yes. A change is priced the same way and agreed in writing before it starts.
Do you ask for a contract?
The proposal lists its own term and how to end it. The exit terms are on the Policies page.
