Keys, alarms, spills and how to end it
Plain terms. The proposal repeats the ones that apply to your practice.
Keys, codes and alarms
The people on your account hold the access, and nobody else does.
A key or code is issued per crew lead, logged and returned if the person leaves
We never copy a key or share a code
If an alarm trips, we call the number on your card and wait outside
We keep a written record of who holds access
Patient privacy
We clean around information, not through it.
We do not open charts, drawers, cabinets or screens
We do not photograph rooms with patient information in view
A crew member who sees patient information by accident tells the lead, and the lead tells you
If something is missed, broken or missing
Tell your contact the next business morning.
A missed item is re-cleaned on the next visit, or sooner if you ask and a crew is free, at no charge
Damage is photographed and reported the same night
Our liability insurance is for damage we cause; the certificate lists the limits
Spills and incidents
We do not clean blood or body-fluid spills.
We mark the spot and call your designated person
The incident goes at the top of the log
Your staff clean it under your exposure control plan
Cancelling a night
If your office is closed or the building is not available.
Tell us by 3 p.m. that day and the night is moved or credited, as the proposal says
A night we cannot enter is billed
We tell you if weather or illness moves a visit
Exit terms and inspection
The proposal states its term and how to end it.
Written notice ends it, as the proposal states
Asif Biswas inspects a sample of rooms every week and signs a sheet
You can ask to walk with the supervisor at any time
