Medical and dental office cleaning, Indianapolis
Night cleaning for medical and dental offices, run from a written protocol: which surfaces, which disinfectant class, how long it stays wet and who initialed the room.

The protocol
The same order every night, for every room type. Clean before disinfecting, high before low, and the floor last.
Fresh gloves for each room. Trash and soiled linen leave first, and sharps containers stay where your staff put them.
Ledges, light switches and the tops of cabinets first, with a damp microfiber cloth, so nothing falls on a surface already done.
Detergent and a clean cloth lift visible soil. A disinfectant works on a clean surface, not through a layer of dirt.
An EPA-registered disinfectant on the exam table edge, handles, chair arms and counters. It stays wet for the contact time on its label.
Vacuum or dry-mop, then a damp mop with a laundered head used in one room only.
The crew lead initials the room card, notes anything moved, locked or flagged, and the log goes to your office manager.
Where our job stops

Product class, not a slogan
A germ-kill percentage belongs to one product, one organism and one contact time. So instead of a slogan, you get the class and the label.
Quaternary ammonium, hydrogen peroxide or alcohol-based, named for each surface
The EPA registration number and wet contact time written on your room cards
Safety data sheets for every product in a binder at your front desk
Fragrance-free products on request

Who we clean for
An exam room and an operatory are different jobs. Each gets its own checklist, product list and order of work.

Exam rooms, labs, waiting rooms and restrooms for primary care, specialty and urgent-care practices.
Exam-room card with the table, sink and counters
Lab counters outside the marked work area
Waiting room and front desk

Operatories, reception and the staff areas around them, cleaned around your chairs and instruments.
Operatory card with the unit, light handles and cabinetry
The instrument-processing room floor and counters outside the marked area
Reception, restrooms and break room
No price tags on this site. What moves the number, and when you get it.
Five things move it, and the walkthrough settles each one.
Square footage and the number of exam rooms or operatories
Floor types: tile, vinyl, carpet, hardwood
Visits a week, and the hours your practice closes
Restrooms, labs, kitchens and other rooms that take longer
Access: alarms, key control and parking at night
It lists each room type, the visits a week, the crew size and the product classes.
Included: nightly cleaning and disinfection to the protocol, supplies we bring, a signed night log
Not included: paper, soap and gloves unless you ask us to stock them, periodic floor work, and anything in the 'what we don't do' list
Asif Biswas or Kelechi Nwankwo walks the space with your office manager.
We measure, count rooms and note floor types and equipment we should not move
We ask what your infection-control plan says about each room
We don't charge for the walkthrough, and nothing is due if you decide not to hire us
In writing, within three business days of the walkthrough, with a sample room card attached.
The proposal gives a monthly figure for the schedule we agreed, not a range
The same figure applies until the space or the schedule changes
A new room, an added night or a floor job is priced the same way, and you agree to it in writing before it starts.
An added room gets its own line on the next invoice
Nothing is added to a night after the fact
Your schedule
A named crew lead on every night, and a named person to call.
Owner
Reads every proposal before it goes out and takes the call when a night goes wrong.
Director of operations
Walks each practice, builds the room cards and inspects a sample of rooms every week.
Night supervisor
Runs the evening crews and sends the night log. Speaks Spanish with crews and with your staff.
Dental accounts lead
Sets up operatory cards and learns where each chair, light and unit arm must stay.
From practice managers
“The room cards name the product and the wet time for each surface. When our infection-control nurse asked what we use at night, I handed her the binder.”
“The log is in my phone before the first patient. Last month it flagged that the sharps box in the lab was almost full, and we swapped it before it became a problem.”
“They ask which cabinets stay locked and which chairs don't move. In the first month nothing on a tray or a screen was touched.”
Sample reviews.
Service area
Evening crews start from the office on Keystone Avenue and cover Indianapolis and the nearest suburbs. Distance changes the schedule we can offer, so tell us where the practice is.
We don't go south of Franklin, to Bloomington, Lafayette, Muncie or Louisville. For those, ask your supplier or the practice next door whom they use.
Questions
By the number and type of rooms, the floors, the visits a week and the hours you close. The walkthrough settles each one, and the proposal is a written monthly figure. How pricing works explains each step.
No. Crews come after your last patient and let themselves in with a key or code you give us. Who holds it, and what we do if an alarm trips, is on the Policies page.
We disinfect the high-touch surfaces on the room card with an EPA-registered product, after cleaning them. We do not fog or spray rooms, and we never touch instruments or the autoclave.
Tell your office manager contact or call us the next business morning. We re-clean a missed item on the next visit, or sooner if you ask and a crew is free, at no charge. Damage is photographed and reported the same night. The terms are on the Policies page.
Arlette Madrigal, the night supervisor, does. Ask for her if your staff would rather go over the schedule in Spanish.
Request a walkthrough
We reply within one business day to set a time to walk the space. The walkthrough ends with a written proposal.
