Questions
Questions practice managers ask
Short answers. The proposal and the Policies page carry the terms.
How is the price decided?
By the number and type of rooms, the floors, the visits a week, the hours you close and the supplies you want restocked. The walkthrough settles each one, and the proposal is a written monthly figure.
What happens at the first walkthrough, and who comes?
Asif Biswas or Kelechi Nwankwo walks the space with your office manager. We count rooms, note floors and equipment to leave alone and ask what your infection-control plan says about each room.
Do we need to be there? How do keys, codes and alarms work?
No. Crews come after your last patient with a key or code logged to one crew lead. If an alarm trips, we call the number on your card and wait outside. The Policies page has the full terms.
Who comes into our office?
A crew of two to four with a named lead. We tell you the names before the first night, and we tell you before a name changes.
Are you insured? Can we have a certificate?
We carry general liability insurance and send a certificate of insurance on request. The limits are on the certificate.
What do you use, and is it fragrance-free?
An EPA-registered disinfectant from your practice's list or from the classes on the protocol page, written on each room card with its registration number and wet time. Fragrance-free products are available on request.
Do you handle sharps, medical waste or spills?
No. We do not open or carry sharps containers or regulated medical waste. For a blood or body-fluid spill, we mark the spot and call your designated person.
What if something is missed, broken or missing?
Tell your contact the next business morning. We re-clean a missed item on the next visit, or sooner if you ask and a crew is free, at no charge. Damage is photographed and reported the same night.
What if we need to cancel a night?
Tell us by 3 p.m. that day and the night is moved or credited, as the proposal says. A night we cannot enter because the building is locked or the alarm is on is billed.
Do you work in our town, and does anyone speak Spanish?
We cover Marion County and the nearest suburbs; the service area is on the home page. Arlette Madrigal, our night supervisor, speaks Spanish.
